1. ELIGIBILITY: BJ's "Father's Day Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open to all male legal residents of AZ, CA, CO, FL, IN ,KY, LA, NV, OH, OK, OR, TX, or WA who are at least, 18 years of age as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, and employees of BJ's Restaurants, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and its advertising, promotion and web design agencies, including PrizeLogic LLC ("PrizeLogic"); and all other individuals or entities associated with the development, administration, promotion, execution of, or supply to this Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsor & Others") and members of their household or immediate family, i.e., spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, the "steps" of each, and persons residing in such immediate family members' household.

2. TO ENTER: Sweepstakes starts 5/26/10 at 12:00 A.M, ET and ends 6/30/10 at 11:59:59 P.M., ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). Go to your favorite participating BJ's Restaurant ("Restaurant") during the Sweepstakes Period, legibly complete an Official Entry Form available at the Host/ess Desk and provide it to the restaurant manager prior to the close of business on 6/30/10. No mechanically or otherwise reproduced entries are allowed. Limit: One (1) entry per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor & Others are not responsible for incomplete, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, late, illegible, or mutilated entries or mail or entries or mail not received by Sponsor.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: The names of the potential Grand Prize Winner and potential First Prize Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor in the following manner. FIRST PRIZE DRAWINGS (approximately 95 drawings, actual number based on one (1) drawing per anticipated participating Restaurant): On or about 7/19/10, approximately ninety-five (95) separate random drawings, one (1) drawing per anticipated participating Restaurant, will be conducted to select the name of one (1) potential First Prize Winner per Restaurant from among the total number of all entries received for that Restaurant, i.e. entries deposited in that Restaurant's Official Entry Box. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING (1): On or about 7/19/10, after the conclusion of the First Prize Drawings, a Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted to select the name of one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner from among the total number of all entries received regardless of Restaurant. Potential winners will be notified on or about 7/20/10 by e-mail/phone or postal mail.

4. PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING: Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Trip for two (2) to the Shark Shootout in Naples, Florida; roundtrip coach airfare from major airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner's residence to Naples, FL; three (3) days mid-size car rental; 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (one standard room/double occupancy) at the Ritz-Carlton Resort, Naples FL as arranged by Sponsor; with breakfast and lunch to be provided at the Shark Shootout; One round of golf (18 holes) at the Tiburon Golf Club at the Ritz-Carlton Resort including greens fees, rental of one (1) golf cart and rental of one (1) set of golf clubs (ARV: $2,500.) Total Grand Prize ARV: $2,500. All arrangements and reservations will be as designated by Sponsor. If actual retail value is less than stated Approximate Retail Value, Grand Prize Winner will not receive the difference. All expenses not specified above, such as meals other than those included above, beverages, mini-bar, entertainment, telephones, souvenirs, gratuities, insurance, personal services, caddy fees, golf lessons, golf shop purchases, etc., are solely the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. All accommodations and reservations will be as arranged by Sponsor and are subject to advance notice, holiday black-out dates and availability. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Other Trip restrictions may apply. Winner and travel companion must possess required travel documents and must travel together on same itinerary. Sponsor has no responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced or mutilated tickets and/or travel documents, baggage, flight delays, or any other occurrences beyond its control. Sponsor has no responsibility for Grand Prize Winner's inability or failure to accept or utilize the Grand Prize as described herein or for his/her travel companion's inability to utilize the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must be 21 years of age or older unless the Grand Prize Winner is respective travel companion's parent, legal guardian or spouse. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and Publicity/Liability Release, where allowed by law, and such other documents as may be reasonably requested by Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner's travel companion will be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release, as allowed by state law. Failure to sign and return these documents by the return date specified in the prize notification will result in forfeiture of the entire Grand Prize, and, time allowing, the selection of an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a Form 1099 for tax purposes in the amount of the actual retail value of the Trip and must submit his/her Social Security Number, as required by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Grand Prize is not transferable or substitutable except by Sponsor with one of equal or greater value. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of all entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. First Prize (approximately 95, actual number based on the award of one (1) First Prize per participating Restaurant): Each First Prize Winners will receive a Taylormade® Rossa Daytona Core Classic Putter. ARV: $120 each. Odds of winning a First Prize depend on the total number of all entries received for each participating Restaurant. NOTE: Regardless of the Prize won, it is neither redeemable for cash nor is it transferable or substitutable except by Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize or component thereof with one of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Grand and First Prize Winners. Limit of one (1) Prize per person or household address. All Prizes will be awarded.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor & Others are not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries; for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any technical, typographical or human errors which may occur in the processing of any entries in this Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with, abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or acting in an unsportsmanlike manner, as solely determined by Sponsor or its representative, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. Any person attempting to enter using multiple identities or any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or to interfere with the proper play of this Sweepstakes will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes. If in the judgment of Sponsor or its representative, the Sweepstakes may be compromised any cause which in Sponsor's sole judgment corrupts or may corrupt the administration, security, fairness or intended proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and to proceed in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of potential winners in a random drawing(s) from among entries received prior to any such modification, discontinuation, suspension or termination.

6. RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants, including without limitation the Winners, thereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor & Others from any and all liability injuries, claims, damages, losses, or causes of action of any kind, whether to property or person, arising directly or indirectly out of the acceptance, possession, enjoyment, use and/or misuse of any Prize or component of any Prize including without limitation travel to, attendance at and participation in Sweepstakes-related events, whether or not sponsored by Sponsor & Others and participation in this Sweepstakes including without limitation personal injury, death, property damage, defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, and claims based on the rights of publicity, misappropriation of personality and privacy.

7. GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. By accepting a Prize, each winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use his/her individual name, address, biographical information, photograph, and likeness for advertising, publicity & promotion purposes and for any other such purposes as Sponsor so determines, in any and all media worldwide without limitation, without further compensation, permission or notice, except where prohibited by law. SPONSOR & OTHERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AS REGARDS ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF THE GRAND PRIZE. AS SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS TO LEARN IF ANY OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually and without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts in the State of Michigan exclusively. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or a party's rights and obligations, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of any other jurisdiction. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in all jurisdictions other than those expressly included above and where prohibited or restricted by law.
